FST UNAIR successfully held a Webinar on Improving IKU 1 for Graduates and Students through Further Study Pathways
On Saturday (17/12) starting from 08.00 until completion, the Faculty of Science and Technology, Universitas Airlangga, will host a webinar titled “Become the next scholarship awardee.” The goal of this online Zoom Meeting webinar is to enhance Key Performance Indicator 1 (IKU 1) for graduates and students through advanced study pathways. The webinar will cover topics from preparing before applying for scholarships to tips and tricks for successfully passing scholarship selections and becoming an awardee.
This event is part of the ongoing activities following the 1st series of Alumni and Student Gathering of FST, which will be held regularly within the FST UNAIR community to enhance readiness of FST graduates and students for the S2 scholarship selection process. The aim is to increase the number of FST graduates accepted into S2 advanced studies within less than 12 months.
Participants targeted for this event include FST graduates from 2021 and 2022, FST students, and generally, UNAIR students. The event will commence with the singing of the Indonesian national anthem, Indonesia Raya, and the Airlangga hymn, followed by remarks from Dr. Eridani, S.Si., M.Si., Vice Dean I of FST UNAIR. The MC for the event is Putri Bayu, and the moderator is Harsasi Setyawati, M.Si., a lecturer from the Department of Chemistry, FST UNAIR.
There are 4 speakers for this webinar. The first speaker is Atikah Eria Putri, S.Si (2019 Environmental Engineering UNAIR alumni), who is an LPDP LN 2021 Awardee currently studying at Wageningen University & Research, the Netherlands. The second speaker is Christopher Andreas, S.Si (2022 Statistics UNAIR alumni), an LPDP DN 2022 Awardee currently studying at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, Indonesia. The third speaker is Ahmadi Jaya Permana, S.Si, M.Si, a lecturer from the Department of Chemistry, FST UNAIR, who is an Australia Award Scholarship (AAS) 2019 Awardee currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Sydney, Australia. The final speaker is Arya W. Wirayuda, S.Hum, M.A, a History lecturer at FISIP UNAIR and a Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship 2020 Awardee currently pursuing a PhD at Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest, Hungary. Participants in the webinar will receive an e-certificate and wholesome information.
