On the 67th Anniversary of Universitas Airlangga’s founding, the Directorate of Human Resources (SDM) honored educational staff, including exemplary lab technicians. Rahmat Soleh, a Laboratory Educational Staff in Organic Chemistry at the Department of Chemistry, Universitas Airlangga, received the prestigious title of Exemplary Lab Technician I.

Known affectionately as Mas Rahmat, he expressed surprise at receiving the award, attributing it to his dedication to performing his duties to the best of his abilities.

“Personally, I still believe I have a long way to go to be considered exemplary, as there are others who are better than me. However, this award serves as motivation for me to strive for continuous improvement,” Rahmat remarked.

Following this recognition, Rahmat hopes to maintain and enhance his current standards while mitigating or eliminating any shortcomings in the future.
