Department of Chemistry and HIMAKI Hold Webinar to Motivate Students to Become Students with International Standards
The Department of Chemistry held a webinar titled “Stadium General: How to become a student with international standard,” conducted online via Zoom meeting on Saturday (9/10). The event, organized by the Department of Chemistry, Universitas Airlangga, in collaboration with the Chemistry Student Association (HIMAKI), aimed to motivate new students of the Department of Chemistry, Universitas Airlangga, to achieve international standards. The event was opened by Mochamad Zakki Fahmi, S.Si, M.Si., Ph.D., Head of the Department of Chemistry, Universitas Airlangga, and moderated by Azalea, a student from the Department of Chemistry, who also serves as a Global Action Ambassador.
Speaker at this event was Prof. Dr. Iqbal Choudhary H.I., S.I., T.I. from the University of Karachi, Pakistan. Prof. Dr. Iqbal Choudhary is a distinguished national professor. The content delivered by Prof. Dr. Iqbal Choudhary was extensive and beneficial, covering topics from “Living in the changing world of science and technology,” “Joy of learning,” “Knowledge beyond borders,” attributes of world-class students, to “Tips to become world-class students.”
Following Prof. Dr. Iqbal Choudhary’s presentation, the event, attended by approximately 100 participants, continued with a discussion and Q&A session. Participants were highly active and enthusiastic throughout the event and the Q&A session.
